Soy Braised Spinach Recipe
Ingredients
3 pounds spinach or 3 packages frozen, thawed
2 tablespoons oil
2 teaspoons salt
3 tablespoons soy sauce
Directions
If fresh spinach is used, wash and drain thoroughly.
If frozen spinach is used, drain well.
Heat the oil in a skillet; saute the spinach and salt 2 minutes.
Add the soy sauce and cook for 1 minute longer.
If frozen spinach is used, drain well.
