Chinese Braised Pork With Bean Curd Recipe

| Sugar | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Chicken stock | 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs) |

Directions
Remove the pork and allow it to cool.
Heat a pan with the oil and when it is hot add the onions and the garlic and stir till they are golden in color.
Add the pork and brown on both sides.
Add the bean curd, stir for one minute, then add the soy sauce, salt, sugar, and the chicken stock.
Lower the heat, cover and simmer for 1/2 hour or until the meat is tender.
Serve very hot in a shallow bowl.
