Braised Pork Recipe
Ingredients
3 tablespoons oil
1 1/2 pounds pork, cut in 1/2-inch cubes
3/4 cup minced onions
2 minced garlic cloves
1/4 teaspoon dried ground chili peppers
1/3 cup soy sauce
2 teaspoons brown sugar
1 teaspoon lemon juice
Directions
Heat the oil in a skillet; saute the pork, onions, garlic, and chili peppers 10 minutes, stirring frequently; add the soy sauce, sugar, and lemon juice.
Cook over low heat 10 minutes.
