Ingredients

 
6 pork chops, 1 in. thick
 
Salt and pepper to taste
 
1/2 c. catsup
 
2 tbsp. (packed) brown sugar
 
6 lemon slices

Directions

Brown chops in heavy frying pan; season with salt and pepper.
Combine catsup, 1/2 cup water and brown sugar; pour over chops.
Place lemon slice on each chop.
Bake, covered, at 350 degrees for 45 min- utes or until pork is tender.
