Braised Celery Recipe

| Cornstarch | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Melted butter/Margarine | 4 Tablespoon, melted | |
| Stock/Bouillon | 2 Cup (32 tbs) | |
| Onion | 2 Large, coarsely chopped |

Directions
Blend cornstarch with a little stock or bouillon, add remaining stock, then add to celery and cook for 5 minutes.
Place.onions in baking dish, pour celery mixture over onions, and bake in slow oven (325 F.) about 1 hour.
