 Broccoli1 Bunch (100gm)
 Oil3 Tablespoon
 Scallions2 , chopped
 Soy sauce2 Tablespoon
 Gin1 Tablespoon
 Sugar1 Teaspoon
 Seasoned salt1/4 Teaspoon
 Boiling water1/4 Cup (16 tbs)

Directions

Remove tough ends of broccoli; cut broccoli into thick lengthwise slices.
Heat oil in skillet; saute scallions and broccoli.
Cover; cook 5 minutes over low heat.
