1 bunch broccoli
3 tablespoons oil
2 chopped scallions
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon gin or cognac
1 teaspoon sugar
1/4 teaspoon Ac'cent
1/4 cup boiling water
Directions

Cut broccoli into 1-inch thick slices lengthwise.
