Ingredients

 Braising steak, cut into 4 portions 700g
 Seasoned flour
 Cooking oil30
 Shallots8 , thinly sliced
 Button mushrooms225 , sliced
 Beef Stock300
 White wine150
 Mixed herbs5
 Chopped parsley to garnish

Directions

Coat the meat in seasoned flour.
Heat oil in a fry pan.
Quickly fry steak on both sides.
Transfer to Slo cooker.
Add shallots to fry pan and cook until softened.
Add the beef stock and wine.
Season and add the mushrooms.
Bring to the boil, pour over steak and cook for the recommended time.
