Ingredients

 Chicken livers450 Gram
 Onion1 Large (For the rempah:)
 Garlic3 Clove (5gm) (For the rempah:)
 Fresh green ginger - 2 cm
 Chillis2 (For the rempah:)
 Coriander1 1/4 Teaspoon (For the rempah:)
 Cumin1 Teaspoon (For the rempah:)
 Turmeric2 Teaspoon (For the rempah:)

Directions

MAKING
1) In a skillet heat 3 tbsp oil. Fry rempah until fragrant.
2) Add chicken liver slices and seal on all sides.
3) Add 2 cups water and enough soya sauce to taste.
4) Cover the pan and simmer for about 7 minutes.
5) Cook until the liver is firm. Do not overcook, it should be pink but not tough.

SERVING
6) Garnish with chilli and coriander leaves.
7) Serve immediately with plain rice or simple vegetables.
