Braised Sliced Celery Recipe
Ingredients
| Butter | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Shallots | 2 Tablespoon, chopped | |
| Celery | 5 Cup (16 tbs), sliced | |
| Green pepper | 1 , diced | |
| Chicken stock | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Parmesan cheese | 3/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Salt | To Taste | |
| Pepper | To Taste |
Directions
Melt butter in skillet.
When hot, add shallots.
Cook 1-2 minutes.
Add celery and green pepper and saute 2-3 minutes.
Add the chicken stock; bring to a boil.
Cover.
Cook 10 minutes.
Remove cover, add salt and pepper, and reduce the liquid in the pan.
Add the Parmesan cheese.
Stir well.
When hot, add shallots.
Cook 1-2 minutes.
