 Vegetable oil1 Tablespoon
 1 pound large shrimp, shelled and deveined
 Broccoli8 Ounce
 Button mushrooms2 Can (10oz), drained
 Bamboo shoots1 Can (10oz), thinly sliced
 Chicken broth1/2 Cup (16 tbs)
 Cornstarch1 Teaspoon
 Oyster sauce1 Teaspoon
 Sugar1/4 Teaspoon
 Minced ginger1/2 Teaspoon
 Pepper1/8 Teaspoon

Directions

Heat oil in wok or large skillet over high heat.
Add shrimp and stir-fry until shrimp turn pink, about 3 minutes.
Add broccoli to wok; stir-fry 1 minute.
Add mushrooms and bamboo shoots; stir-fry 1 minute more.
Combine remaining ingredients in small bowl; mix well.
Pour over shrimp-vegetable mixture.
Cook and stir until sauce boils and thickens, about 2 minutes more.
