Braised Sea Bream With Cabbage, Spicy Bread And Crispy Bacon Recipe
Ingredients
| Whole sea bream 4 - of around 300 g each | ||
| Cabbage | 800 Gram | |
| Olive oil | ||
| Bacon | 120 Gram | |
| Shallots, white wine to taste | ||
| Salt, pepper | ||
| Spicy bread butter sauce | ||
| Spicy bread 400 g | ||
| Cream fresh | 100 Gram | |
| Butter | 200 Gram | |
| Small cabbages 2 | ||
Directions
Bone the sea bream.
Cut the cabbage into big julienne slices and saute with olive oil, butter, salt and pepper.
Add half the bacon and white wine.
Stuff the sauteed cabbage into the sea bream and cook in the oven with butter, white wine and shallots.
Make a butter sauce with the mashed spicy breadcrumbs and the cream.
Braise 2 small cabbages and the rest of the bacon with butter, wine, salt and pepper
