1 tablespoon salad oil
 
1 pound pork loin sirloin cutlets, each about 1/4 inch thick
 
3/4 pound small red potatoes, each cut in half
 
Water
 
1 9-ounce package frozen whole green beans
 
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
 
1/2 teaspoon rubbed sage

Directions

1. In 10-inch skillet over medium-high heat, in hot salad oil, cook pork cutlets until well browned on both sides. Add potatoes and 1/2 cup water; heat to boiling. Reduce heat to low; cover and simmer 20 minutes.
2. Add green beans; sprinkle meat and vegetables with salt and sage; cover and cook 25 minutes or until meat and vegetables are tender.
