Braised Pork Chops Recipe
Ingredients
2 loin pork chops
1 tsp. butter
1/2 tsp. basil, marjoram & garlic salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/3 cup tomato juice or white wine
1 Tbsp. parsley, finely chopped
Directions
Combine seasonings; press into both sides of chops and brown in hot butter.
Add tomato juice or wine and parsley.
Cover and simmer 25 minutes or until tender.
