Directions
Cut the pork into 3-cm (1-in) cubes and marinate for 30 minutes.
Wash and cut the cauliflower into pieces about 3-cm (1 -in) long.
Slice the bamboo.
Cook the cauliflower in boiling water for 4 minutes, then drain.
It should be tender but still firm.
Deep-fry the pork for 1 1/2 minutes, then drain.
Heat 2 tablespoons of oil and stir-fry the onion for 15 seconds, add the bamboo and cauliflower and cook for another 10 seconds.
Then add the pork and the seasoning sauce and bring to the boil, stirring all the time about 1 1/2 minutes.
Sprinkle with sesame oil and serve.
