 Bamboo shoots60 Gram (Marinade:)
 Cauliflower125 Gram (Marinade:)
 2 teaspoons coarsely chopped onion
 Sherry2 Teaspoon (Seasoning sauce:)
 Salt1/2 Teaspoon (Seasoning sauce:)
 Cornflour2 Teaspoon (Seasoning sauce:)
 Chicken stock7 Tablespoon (Seasoning sauce:)
 Sesame oil1 Teaspoon (Seasoning sauce:)

Directions

Cut the pork into 3-cm (1-in) cubes and marinate for 30 minutes.
Wash and cut the cauliflower into pieces about 3-cm (1 -in) long.
Slice the bamboo.
Cook the cauliflower in boiling water for 4 minutes, then drain.
It should be tender but still firm.
Deep-fry the pork for 1 1/2 minutes, then drain.
Heat 2 tablespoons of oil and stir-fry the onion for 15 seconds, add the bamboo and cauliflower and cook for another 10 seconds.
Then add the pork and the seasoning sauce and bring to the boil, stirring all the time about 1 1/2 minutes.
Sprinkle with sesame oil and serve.
