Braised Meat And Potato Recipe
Ingredients
| Onion | 1 Medium, cut into wedges | |
| Boneless pork | 5 Ounce, sliced | |
| Carrot | 1 Small, cut into wedges | |
| Potatoes | 2 Medium, quartered | |
| Ginger | 1/2 inch, shredded | |
| Vegetable oil | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Sugar | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Soy sauce | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Sake | 2 Tablespoon | |
| 1 cup dashi broth | ||
| Green peas | 3 Tablespoon | |
Directions
MAKING
1) In a heavy skillet, stir-fry the onion, pork, carrot and ginger in vegetable oil for 3-4 min over a low heat.
2) In a mixing bowl, add sugar, soy sauce, sake and dashi broth, blend well and stir into skillet.
3) Cook further until most of the liquid is evaporated; stir in the green peas and cook until the peas are tender.
SERVING
4) Serve immediately on a nice dish.
