 Onion1 Medium, cut into wedges
 Boneless pork5 Ounce, sliced
 Carrot1 Small, cut into wedges
 Potatoes2 Medium, quartered
 Ginger1/2 inch, shredded
 Vegetable oil1 Tablespoon
 Sugar2 Tablespoon
 Soy sauce2 Tablespoon
 Sake2 Tablespoon
 1 cup dashi broth
 Green peas3 Tablespoon

Directions

MAKING
1) In a heavy skillet, stir-fry the onion, pork, carrot and ginger in vegetable oil for 3-4 min over a low heat.
2) In a mixing bowl, add sugar, soy sauce, sake and dashi broth, blend well and stir into skillet.
3) Cook further until most of the liquid is evaporated; stir in the green peas and cook until the peas are tender.

SERVING
4) Serve immediately on a nice dish.
