 Kale3 Pound
 Butter or fat - 4 tablespoons
 Garlic1 Clove (5gm), minced
 Water8 Tablespoon
 Salt1 Teaspoon
 Pepper1/8 Teaspoon
 Potato flour1 Teaspoon
 Lemon juice2 Teaspoon

Directions

GETTING READY
1. Wash kale leaves and do away with the tough veins.
2. Wash it again repeatedly and keep changing the water as you do so.

MAKING
3. In a saucepan, melt butter or fat.
4. Add garlic, kale, water, salt and pepper.
5. Cover and cook over a low flame for 15 minutes or until it becomes tender.
6. Add potato flour and lemon juice.
7. Cook for 2 minutes.

SERVING
8. Serve Braised Kale with a dash of black pepper.
