Directions

Cut the ox heart into thick slices.
Heat the fat in the bottom of the pressure cooker.
Flour the hearts and season well.
Fry in the hot fat until brown.
Add all the other ingredients except the 1 oz. flour.
Fix the lid and bring to pressure.
Lower the heat and cook for 25 minutes, allow pressure to drop.
Blend flour with a very little cold stock, add to the liquid.
Bring to the boil and boil for 3 minutes.
