Ingredients

 1 (10 to 15 pounds) whole ham uncooked
 Apple cider2 Cup (16 tbs)
 Ginger ale2 Cup (16 tbs)
 Firmly packed brown sugar1/4 Cup (16 tbs)
 1 teaspoon savory seasonings Bake Blend

Directions

Preheat oven to 325°.
Place ham, fat side up, in large roasting pan.
Add cider, ginger ale, sugar and Bake Blend.
Braise 3 to 3 1/2 hours or until internal temperature reaches 160° on meat thermometer, basting each hour.
To serve, slice thinly.
Pan juices may be thickened and served as gravy.
