Braised Courgettes Recipe
Ingredients

| Chicken stock | 7 Tablespoon (Seasoning sauce:) | |
| Sherry | 2 Teaspoon (Seasoning sauce:) | |
| Pinch salt and monosodium glutamate | ||
| Cornflour | 1 Teaspoon (Thickening paste:) | |
| Water | 1 Teaspoon (Thickening paste:) | |
| Salt | To Taste | |
Directions
Peel the courgettes and cut into bite-sized pieces.
Cook in boiling salted water for 3 minutes .and drain.
Heat 2 tablespoons of oil and fry the courgettes for 30 seconds.
Add the seasoning sauce and simmer for 10 minutes.
Thicken with the cornflour paste and serve.
