Ingredients

 2 whole frying chickens
 Beer1 Bottle (1l)
 Light cream1 Cup (16 tbs)
 Mushrooms1 pound, sliced
 Onion1 , sliced
 Flour1/2 Cup (16 tbs)
 Salt To Taste
 Pepper To Taste

Directions

Conventionally brown chickens in salad oil on surface unit.
In glass casserole combine beer, cream, mushrooms and onion.
Place chickens in casserole.
Salt and pepper them lightly.
Cover with plastic wrap.
Insert probe into liquid.
Cook on HIGH (9); HEAT & HOLD at 180°F for 1 hour and 30 minutes.
Remove chickens from sauce and place on platter.
Mix flour with enough water to make a paste.
Stir into sauce.
Cook on HIGH (9) for 5 minutes or until thickened.
Serve with chicken.
