Braised Celery In Red Wine Recipe

Ingredients

 2 cups celery, cut diagonally in 1/2 inch pieces
 Basil1/2 Teaspoon
 Thyme1/4 Teaspoon
 1/4 cup red wine, or 1/4 teaspoon instant beef bouillon dissolved in 1/4 cup hot water

Directions

Place celery in 1 quart casserole.
Season with basil and thyme.
Pour wine over celery.
Cover.
MICROWAVE 5 to 7 MINUTES on HIGH, or until celery is tender crisp.
