Braised Caraway Pork Chops Recipe

| 4 center-cut pork loin chops (6 ounces each) | ||

| 1 cup each chopped onions and sliced mushrooms | ||
| 1/2 teaspoon each caraway seed and salt | ||

Directions
On rack in broiling pan broil chops, turning once, until rare.
In 12-inch skillet heat margarine until bubbly and hot; add onions and saute until softened.
Add pork chops, mushrooms, caraway seed, salt, and pepper and cook for 5 minutes; add water, cover, and let simmer until meat is tender, about 45 minutes.
