Braised Cabbage & Apples Recipe
Ingredients
| Butter/Margarine | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Golden apple | 1 Large, diced | |
| Onion | 1 Medium, sliced | |
| 1 medium head green or red cabbage, thinly sliced | ||
| 1 envelope Savory Herb with Garlic Soup Mix | ||
| Water | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Apple Juice | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
Directions
In 12-inch skillet, melt butter over medium heat and cook apple and onion, stirring frequently, 5 minutes.
Add cabbage, then savory herb with garlic soup mix blended with water and apple juice.
Bring to a boil over high heat.
Reduce heat to low and simmer
