3 to 3 1/4 pound beef brisket
 
1 cup water
 
1 envelope (1 3/8 oz.) onion soup mix
 
1 regular size (10"X16") oven cooking bag

Directions

Prepare cooking bag according to package directions.
Place brisket, water and soup mix in bag.
Set in 12x8-inch dish.
Close bag with nylon tie or cotton string.
Make 6 (1/2-in.) slits in top of bag.
Cook at HIGH 5 minutes and at LOW 90 minutes, or until beef is tender.
Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
