Braised Artichokes And Beans Recipe
Ingredients
| 30 g/l 1 oz butter | ||
| Garlic | 2 Clove (5gm), crushed | |
| Onions | 2 , sliced | |
| Carrots | 2 , sliced | |
| Beans | 250 Gram, frozen | |
| 440 g/ 14 oz canned artichoke hearts, drained | ||
| 1 cup/250 ml/8 fl oz vegetable stock | ||
| black pepper | 1 | |
Directions
1. Melt butter in a frying pan over a medium heat, add garlic and onions and cook, stirring, for 3 minutes or until onions are soft.
2. Add carrots, beans, artichokes and stock and bring to the boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes or until vegetables are tender. Season to taste with black pepper.
