Brains with Scrambled Eggs Recipe
Ingredients
| Calf's brains - 1 set | ||
| Boiling water - to cover | ||
| Soy flour mixed with 1 tablespoon sesame seeds - 1/4 cup | ||
| Oil | 4 Tablespoon | |
| Eggs | 3 | |
| Sea salt - Pinch of | ||
| Parsley | 2 Tablespoon, minced | |
| Toast slices - 3 | ||
Directions
MAKING
1.Heat brains but do not boil.
2.Take off the membrane and cut them in pieces of 1/2 inch.
3.Coat the meat in flour and cook until brown.
4.Meanwhile, whisk eggs and Add salt.
5.Add the egg mixture on fried brains and cook on low flame for 20 minutes after covering.
6.Remove the lid and mix the eggs using fork and break in small pieces.
7.Add the mixture on toast.
SERVING
8.Serve the toasts topped with parsley or serve the dish with brown rice.
