Bracing Bouillon Recipe
Ingredients
| Beef knuckle | 1 | |
| Salt | 2 Teaspoon (soupbone) | |
| Pepper | 1⁄4 Teaspoon (soupbone) | |
| Monosodium glutamate | 1 Teaspoon (soupbone) | |
| Tomatoes | 2 Can (20 oz) (soupbone) | |
| Soupbone | 100 Gram |
Directions
Place soupbone in large pot; add 1 gallon water and seasonings.
Bring to a boil; reduce heat.
Simmer for 2 hours.
Add tomatoes; simmer for 20 minutes.
Strain and cool.
Skim off fat.
Reheat to serving temperature.
Garnish with thin lemon slices.
