Boysenberry Sorbet Recipe
Ingredients
| 2 10-ounce packages frozen boysenberries, partially thawed | ||
| Cold water | 1/3 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 1/4 cup orange-flavored liqueur | ||
| Lemon juice | 2 Teaspoon | |
Directions
Cube or break apart boysenberries into blender container.
Add remaining ingredients; blend at high speed till smooth yet slushy.
Pour into freezer tray.
Freeze till firm.
Remove from freezer 10 minutes before serving; spoon into sherbet dishes.
