Ingredients

 Pasta bows - 8 oz.
 Water2 1/2 Quart
 Cooking oil1 Tablespoon
 Salt2 Teaspoon
 Cooking oil1/2 Cup (16 tbs)
 Vinegar1/3 Cup (16 tbs)
 Basil2 Teaspoon
 Oregano1 Teaspoon
 Garlic1 Clove (5gm)
 Green onion1/2 Cup (16 tbs), chopped
 Parmesan cheese 1/3 Cup (16 tbs), grated
 Parsley flakes2 Teaspoon
 Salt1/2 Teaspoon
 Pepper1/4 Teaspoon
 Peas1/4 Cup (16 tbs), cooked
 Cheddar Cheese1/2 Cup (16 tbs)

Directions

MAKING
1) In Dutch oven boil water. Add bows, first amounts of cooking oil and salt. Cook uncovered for 14 to 16 minutes until just tender.
2) Drain out from the liquid.
3) Rinse under cold water and drain again.
4) Transfer the bows back to the pot.
5) In a small bowl add the next 10 ingredients and mix.
6) Add the sauce to the pasta and toss well.
7) Mix peas and Cheddar cheese. Toss again.
8) Cover and chill for about 4 hours.

SERVING
9) Before serving stir from the bottom.
10) Serve in a bowl.
