36 small to medium-size fresh mushrooms
3 packages (5 ounces each)
Boursin cheese with garlic and fines herbes, softened
Parsley
Directions
Wipe mushrooms with damp cloth; remove stems, breaking off where they join the cap (Use the stems for soup.).
Spoon cheese into mushrooms, or fill pastry bag and pipe cheese into mushrooms.
Garnish with parsley sprig; refrigerate.
