Directions
1. In a skillet, heat oil, add onion, celery, chili pepper, and green pepper, cook for 10 minutes.
2. Add hot water,hot pepper sauce and Worcestershire sauce. Strain the mixture into a saucepan.
3. Cook the mixture on medium heat, until it comes to a boil.
4. Add peppercorn, parsley, sauce thickener, ketchup, and bourbon. Stir, simmer for 10 minutes.

5. Use this sauce for cooking and serving meat dishes.
