Vanilla Pecan Bourbon Balls Recipe
Bourbon Balls made with this recipe looks nice in addition to tasting great! It is served as a delicious Dessert. In my view, to call yourself a chef, you need to have a personal recipe of Bourbon Balls, just like I do.
Ingredients
1 1/2 cups finely crushed vanilla waters
1 cup sifted confectioners' sugar
3 tablespoons cocoa
1 cup finely chopped pecans
3 tablespoons white corn syrup
1/4 cup bourbon
Confectioners' sugar for coating
Directions
Combine the crushed wafers, confectioners' sugar, cocoa, and pecans in a mixing bowl.
Add the corn syrup and bourbon; blend well.
Form into 1-inch balls.
Then roll in confectioners' sugar to coat.
Place on waxed paper and allow to dry for several hours.
Store in an airtight container for several days before serving.
The flavor improves with aging.
