Bourbon Balls Recipe
Ingredients
| Vanilla wafers package | 1 , crushed | |
| Pecans and walnuts | 1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| Powdered sugar | 3/4 Cup (16 tbs), sifted | |
| Cocoa | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Light corn syrup | 2 1/2 Tablespoon | |
| Bourbon | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Additional sifted powdered sugar | ||
Directions
Combine vanilla wafers, pecans, powdered sugar, and cocoa in a large bowl; stir well.
Combine corn syrup and bourbon, stirring well.
Pour bourbon mixture over wafer mixture; stir until blended.
Shape into 1 inch balls; roll in additional powdered sugar
