MAKING
1) To prepare the bouquet garni, tie together the bay leaf, thyme sprig and parsley sprig together with a long thread.
2) Tie one of the thread to the handle of the saucepan so that it can be easily fished out from the broth when done using.

1) The Bouquet Garni is used to flavor or season stews, curries and broths.
