Ingredients
1 rib celery
1 bay leaf
3-4 sprigs of parsley
Few sprigs of fresh thyme
Directions
Make a sandwich of the celery; lay herbs on half the rib, fold the other half over, and tie with a string.
Leave one end of the string long enough to tie to the handle of the pot or casserole so it will be easy to remove.
