Bountiful Brunch Pizza Recipe
Ingredients

| Milk | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) (Egg & Cheddar Topping:) | |
| Shredded Cheddar cheese | 1 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) (Egg & Cheddar Topping:) | |
| Ground black pepper | 1 To taste (Egg & Cheddar Topping:) | |

| Bacon, cooked and crumbled | ||

Directions
Prepare crust: Preheat oven to 400° F.
Cover 15-inch Round Baking Stone with Kitchen Parchment Paper.
Combine potatoes with beaten egg in a large bowl, then spread over parchment-covered Baking Stone to form 14-inch circle, pressing firmly with back of spoon.
Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Bake 20 minutes.
Prepare egg and cheddar topping: Meanwhile, whisk eggs and milk in Batter Bowl; microwave, uncovered, at 100 percent power for 3 minutes.
Stir well.
Microwave at 100 percent power 3 minutes longer.
Stir well.
Spread cooked eggs evenly over baked potato crust.
Top with your choice of optional ingredients, sprinkle with seasonings and Cheddar cheese and bake 10 minutes longer.
Slide Breakfast Pizza off parchment paper onto serving platter.
