 1 head Boston lettuce
 Romaine lettuce head1
 Watercress1 Bunch (100gm)
 Crabmeat1 Cup (16 tbs), canned
 Lobster tail1 , cooked
 1/2 pound cooked shrimp
 Tomatoes2 , quartered
 Celery1/2 Cup (16 tbs), slivered
 1 hard-cooked egg, chopped
 Chives1 Tablespoon, chopped
 Onion1 Small, thinly sliced

Directions

Break greens in bowl.
Arrange seafood, tomatoes and blanched and drained celery on top.
Sprinkle with egg and chives.
Heap onions on top.
Toss with dressing.
