Bouillabaisse For One Recipe
Ingredients
| Onion leeks | 2 Ounce, diced | |
| Garlic | 1 Clove (5gm), minced | |
| 1 parsley sprig | ||
| Bay leaf | 1 Small | |
| Dash saffron | ||
| Dash thyme | ||
| Dash paprika | ||
| Water | 2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Tomato | 1 Medium, diced | |
| Potato | 3 Ounce, pared | |
| 8 ounces boned fish | ||
| Salt | To Taste | |
| Pepper | To Taste | |
Directions
In small saucepan cook onion and garlic 2 minutes.
Add parsley and seasonings; cook 1 minute longer.
Add remaining ingredients, except fish.
Cover; simmer 5 minutes.
Add fish, simmer about 7 minutes or until fish flakes easily at touch of a fork.
Serve in soup bowl.
