Gourmet Bouillabaisse Recipe
Ingredients
| Onion | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| Garlic | 1 Clove (5gm) | |
| 2 tablespoons olive or cooking oil | ||
| Tomatoes | 1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| Fish stock | 4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Parsley flakes | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Curry powder | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Salt | 2 Teaspoon | |
| Pepper | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Lemon juice | 1 Teaspoon | |
| 1 lb. fish fillets, cut into 2-inch pieces | ||
| Shrimps | 12 Ounce | |
| 6 oz. crab or lobster meat | ||
| Clams | 1 Pint | |
| (Use as many different kinds offish and shellfish | ||
| As possible) | ||
| Mayonnaise | 4 Tablespoon | |
Directions
MAKING
1) Take a large casserole and mix the garlic, onion and oil in it.
2) Remove lid and cook for 2 minutes.
3) Add the rest of the ingredients and mix evenly.
4) Cover and cook for 15 minutes or until the seafood is cooked, stirring once in a while.
5) Cook for a minute more after adding mayonnaise.
6) Add the fish or the seafood either fresh or in the frozen condition.
SERVING
7) Garnish according to choice and serve.
