Tomato Bouillabaisse Recipe

Directions
Heat olive oil in a stockpot; sauté onions, leeks and garlic until tender.
Stir in tomatoes, fish, clams with juice, shrimp, and seasonings.
Add wine to cover, if necessary.
Simmer, partially covered, stirring occasionally, for 15 minutes.
