Ingredients

 Onion1/2 Cup (16 tbs), chopped
 1 clove garlic or 1/8 teaspoon instant minced garlic
 2 tablespoons olive or cooking oil
 Tomato sauce1 Cup (16 tbs)
 Water4 Cup (16 tbs)
 2 tablespoons parsley flakes or 1/2 cup minced parsley
 1/2 teaspoon saffron or curry
 Salt2 1/2 Teaspoon
 Pepper1/4 Teaspoon
 Lemon juice1 Teaspoon
 1 lb. fish fillets, cut into 2-inch pieces
 Shrimp12 Ounce
 6 oz. crab or lobster meat
 1 pint oysters or clams

Directions

In 4 or 5-quart casserole, combine onion, garlic and oil.
Cook uncovered, 2 minutes.
Add remaining ingredients and mix to distribute evenly.
Cook covered, 15 to 20 minutes or until seafood is done, stirring occasionally.
Serve in large soup bowls.
