Bottle gourd Raita Recipe
Ingredients
1 cup plain raita
1/2 teaspoon mustard powder
1-2 green chillies, chopped
100 gms. bottlegourd,grated
A few coriander leaves
Salt
1/2 teaspoon cumin seed
Pepper or chilli powder
Directions
Put the gourd in boiling waiter with a little salt; then drain it to remove excess water.
When it cools, add raita, chillies, mustard and cumin seed powders.
Garnish with coriander leaves and sprinkle pepper or chilli powder.
