Bottle Gourd Hulwa Recipe
Ingredients
| Bottle gourd | 450 Gram (For 4) | |
| Milk | 500 Milliliter (For 4) | |
| Sugar | 340 Gram (For 4) | |
| Fat | 115 Gram (For 4) | |
| Cardamoms | 3 (For 4) |
Directions
1. Peel and grate gourd.
2. Boil in milk; cook till all moisture is dried up.
3. Add sugar, fat and dry fruits and nuts if desired.
4. Fry for a few minutes. Sprinkle cardamom powder over.
