Boston Tossed Salad Recipe
Ingredients
| Olive oil | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Corn oil | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Wine vinegar | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Lemon-pepper seasoning - 1/2 teaspoon | ||
| Parsley | 1/4 Teaspoon, chopped | |
| Boston lettuce - 1 head , washed and torn | ||
| Mandarin oranges - 1 (11-ounce) can , drained | ||
| Red onion | 1/2 | |
| Large fresh mushrooms - 12 , sliced | ||
Directions
MAKING
1 In a jar, mix the first 5 ingredients.
2 Cover tightly, shaking vigorously to blend.
3 Mix in the remaining ingredients.
4 Toss gently.
SERVING
5 Serve with the salad dressing.
