 Boston lettuce - 1 head , washed and torn
 Mandarin oranges - 1 (11-ounce) can , drained

 Large fresh mushrooms - 12 , sliced

Directions

MAKING
1 In a jar, mix the first 5 ingredients.
2 Cover tightly, shaking vigorously to blend.
3 Mix in the remaining ingredients.
4 Toss gently.

SERVING
5 Serve with the salad dressing.
