Boston Cottage Toss Recipe
Ingredients
| 6 cups torn Boston or bibb lettuce | ||
| 1 cup small curd cream-style cottage cheese | ||
| Avocado | 1 Medium, peeled | |
| Dill | 1/3 Cup (16 tbs), coarsely chopped | |
| 2 tablespoons sliced green onion | ||
| Salad oil | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Wine vinegar | 1 Tablespoon | |
| 2 hard-cooked eggs, sliced | ||
Directions
In large bowl season lettuce with salt and pepper; add next 4 ingredients.
Toss in oil and vinegar; garnish with egg.
