Pork roast
 
6 tbsp margarine
 
1 c chopped green onion
 
1 c chopped yellow bell peppers
 
1 c celery
 
1 tsp salt and pepper each
 
1/2 c all purpose flour
 
1 1/2 cup of pork juice
 
2 c water
 
1 can mushroom

Directions

1. Pour the juice of the roast in a glass.
2. Melt butter in a pan.
3. Add green onion, celery and bell peppers to it.
4. Add some more margarine. Then add salt and pepper.
5. Add all purpose flour and stir.
6. Cook it on medium high until golden brown.
7. Add juice of the roast and stir. Then add water.
8. Now, add mushrooms. Stir it again.
9. Serve the sauce over the pork roast.
