Ingredients

 Beets1 Bunch (100gm)
 Tomatoes1 Cup (16 tbs), canned
 Water4 Cup (16 tbs)
 Small onion1
 Breast of beef- 1/2 pound
 Lemonjuice1 Tablespoon
 Sugar1/4 Cup (16 tbs)
 Salt1/4 Teaspoon
 Eggs4 Small

Directions

GETTING READY
1.Start by cutting and shaving off the beets and then cut them into long strips. Also cut the onion and meat into small pieces

MAKING
2.Take the strainer, and strain the tomatoes, over the beets, make sure no seeds from the tomatoes pass through the strainer
3.Add water to the tomato and beet mixture
4.In a pan, containing tomato and beet mixture, add the chopped onion and meat to it, simmer for 30 minutes.
5.Now add lemon juice, sugar, and salt to the pan
6.Boil the ingredients for more 30 minutes
7.Meanwhile, beat the eggs and add salt to it
8.Now add the beaten eggs to the hot borscht, little by little, keep stirring well to prevent the egs from separating

SERVING
9.Serve with bread or cream
