Borsch Recipe
Ingredients
2 cups sour cream
1/2 small lemon, peeled and seeded
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon celery salt
1/4 teaspoon onion salt
1 cup diced cooked beets
Directions
Put 1 3/4 cups sour cream into Osterizer container, add remaining ingredients, cover and process at PUREE until smooth.
Serve icy cold garnished with remaining sour cream.
