Borlotti Bean Soup Recipe
Ingredients
| 2 cups / 225 g / 8 oz soup macaroni | ||

| Pâté | 2 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Tomato Paste | 30 Milliliter | |
| 2 cups / 400 g / 14 oz canned borlotti beans, drained | ||
| Ground black pepper | 1 To taste | |
| Salt | To Taste | |
Directions
Put the macaroni in a large pot with a little oil and pour over half the stock. Cover and cook for 8 minutes.
Add the tomato puree (paste), diluted in the rest of the stock, and the borlotti beans, cover and cook for 4 minutes.
Season to taste and serve, with grated cheese if liked.
